BASIC DIVE 101 - AN INTRODUCTION TO UNDERWATER ACTIVITY

Pick up from city hotel to Sta. Ana Wharf. A boat ride will take you to Samal Island for some briefing and orientation. Free time for swimming and snorkeling and relaxing until lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a 30 to 45 minute intro dive with the assistance of dive masters. Boat ride back to mainland and transfers back to hotel.
This course includes the basics of enjoyable, safe diving that is taught through academic training with confined and open water practice sessions.

SAMAL ISLAND HOPPING ESCAPADE (&HRS)

Pick up from your hotel, we will proceed to the wharf for a boat ride to Samal Island. On board an outrigger boat, it’s a perfectly safe sail within the Davao Gulf. We shall see the Marculture Farm where we might have the chance to feed the sea cultured milkfish. A splendid view of the shorelines of Kaputian (White sand beach), Pearl Farm , Malipano Island and the many beach resorts that strings along the island’s beac fronts. You may take a plunge at the Isla Reta’s clear blue water if not bask on its white powdery sand. Explore an easy trail to one of its caves on the island with marks of folk mythology. A picnic lunch will be served al fresco on the beach to celebrate a successful island escapade .

Tour starts from marina Jetty Wharf. Boat leaves at 8:00 am sharp for a one-hour boat trip to Pearl Farm Island Resort. Guests must be at the jetty 30 mins before departure. RAFTING TIPS
Make sure you are physically and mentally fit to join the activity. Whitewater rafting is an extreme sport. Wear light and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Sweat shirts and nylon pants are recommended. Footwear could be sandals or old rubber shoes. Diving boots are recommended. Don’t wear slippers. You may also bring caps, sunglasses (with straps), and sunscreen. Bring extra bottled water for your hydration. We will provide small bottled
